Promoted to Squad Lead six months after joining CI&T
Lead 5 people supporting 12 sales applications in Java, used in 8 countries
Split my time between leading the team and building the tools it uses
Built the Support Portal and the Support Manager; 388% more tickets resolved since I took over
Prioritize the backlog with product owners, engineering managers, architects and dealers
